Support on data science workstreams and assist with internal R&D projects. 

During your internship, your focus will be on:  

Client Projects (50%): 

• Data Science & Engineering: Support on two end-to-end data science workflows, focusing on data engineering pipelines and ETL, data preprocessing and data analysis. Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports and visualisations to communicate findings. 

R&D Projects (50%): 

• Video Analysis with Machine Learning: Work on an innovative project stream involving video analysis using machine learning techniques. This will include developing methods to preprocess and analyse video data and implementing machine learning models for tasks such as object detection and activity recognition. 

• Large Language Model (LLM) Prompting: Explore the use of large language models for various applications. This will involve designing and refining prompts for tasks such as natural language understanding and text generation. Integrate LLM capabilities into existing workflows to augment data analysis and decision-making processes.

• BAC +4/5 (Currently pursuing a degree in Data Engineering, Data Science or Computer Science)    

• Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills   

• Interest in or prior experience with ETL workflows and tools (e.g. dbt) 

• Interest in or prior experience with LLMs (e.g. Claude, GPT, LLaMa) 

• Comfortable working with API integrations 

• Programming skills in R or Python (SQL and PySpark a plus) 

• Fluent in English
