Optimizing advertising investments across various offline and online channels.
For this project, we developed Bayesian models to incorporate domain expertise. The project consisted of three phases :
- Data collection and interviews to understand the company's challenges and advertising landscape.
- Model development and training.
- Presentation of results using a scenario-based interface (What if), providing a more precise and personalized view of the impact of advertising investments.
Simple and fast, our processes are designed to be completed within 2 weeks :
-An initial fit interview with one of the partners.
-An interview with a mixed operational team (Consultant and Tech) including a technical test on a business case.
-An interview with another partner.
