Job description

Directly working with the Managing Partners, the Chief of Staff Intern will be at the core of strategic missions and discussions about the business development and Pivot & Co strategic missions (internal and external).

The CoS main role will be to play a pivotal role in supporting Managing Partners, ensuring effectiveness, and optimizing Partner’s time, through planning, project management, and analytical support.

As a Partner’s Right-Hand Intern, you will be the main orchestrator of management decisions, taking all inputs from the team and create conditions for the right execution of Pivot & co roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide insightful data-driven recommendations and reports to partners to drive decision-making

  • Ensure the company priorities and objectives are effectively communicated to the respective teams

  • Preparing and participating to high-level meetings, taking detailed notes and following up with participants

  • Contribute to the elaboration of key presentations (strategy presentations, pitch, commercial offer, Internal review)

  • Conducting market research and analysis on various business topics to support decision-making (legal, admin, business development)

  • Monitor the progress of different strategic projects and ensure they are moving towards achieving the planned objectives

  • Collaborating with different teams to implement strategic initiatives : Business review, business development review, cost control, cost of operations

  • Providing administrative support and advises to ensure the right implementation of solutions for issues that may arise across different teams


Preferred experience

  • Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering or Social sciences

  • Prior experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking or Humanities

  • Skills in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from the conception stage through to completion

  • Ability to analyze data and trends and produce actionable insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, Creativity, Trustworthiness and Integrity

  • Genuine interests and passion for Strategy, Business development, ESG topics and AI

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel)
