Join Pigment: The AI Platform Redefining Business Planning

Pigment is the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform built for agility and scale. We connect people, data, and processes in one intuitive, feature-rich solution, empowering every team—from Finance to HR—to build, adapt, and align strategic plans in real time.

Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally. Industry leaders like Unilever, Snowflake, Siemens, and DPD use Pigment daily to make more informed decisions and confidently navigate any scenario.

With a team of 500+ across Paris, London, New York, San Francisco, and Toronto, we've raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.

At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo—all while working as one team. If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As a Junior Frontend Software Engineer, you'll be part of a product squad working on powerful, enterprise-grade user experiences. From rich data visualizations and AI features to real-time updates and performance optimization, you’ll contribute to building interfaces used by global organizations to run their business.

You’ll be paired with experienced mentors, included in design discussions, and encouraged to ask questions, experiment, and learn by doing. Your work will ship to production, impact users, and help shape our product as it scales.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain high-quality user interfaces that are fast, scalable, and accessible.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, develop, and deliver new features.

- Contribute to our internal design system, including custom components, advanced state management, and caching strategies.

- Develop interactive data visualizations (dashboards, charts, maps) to help users make data-driven decisions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and tested code, and modern development workflows.

- Learn to balance new feature delivery with ongoing technical improvements, such as performance optimization and UI consistency.

What You’ll Learn

- How to contribute to a high-impact SaaS product used by enterprise teams worldwide.

- How to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global tech organization.

- Engineering best practices including code review, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and observability.

You are comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript and have experience with React or similar frameworks.

You enjoy learning from others and are not afraid to ask questions or propose ideas.
