Our first consumer product, the PhotoRoom app, is already a leader in mobile photo editing: we serve 10M+ users across more than 180 countries monthly, and our app was awarded the Best App of 2021 by Android and named Editor’s Choice by Apple. We recently launched our second product, the API, allowing us to deploy our tech at scale through a b-to-b motion.
We are at an exciting stage of our journey, having successfully raised our Series A and looking to scale to $100M ARR in 2024.

👥 We're seeking a Community Manager whose mission is to build and nurture an engaged community of existing PhotoRoom customers. You'll be responsible for fostering a shared sense of belonging and developing engagement activities that boost both brand loyalty and customer retention.
💰 €45-65k + Stock-Options/BSPCE
🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe and come once a month to Paris (fully reimbursed) or come to the office more often.

Think of yourself as a relationship architect. You're not just pushing out messages; you're actively listening, understanding, and responding. Your goal? To make every member feel like they belong, that they're valued, and to seek out opportunities to connect and deepen that sense of community. Additionally, you have the freedom to explore and engage with other communities outside Facebook that resonate with our brand personas. Your role transcends platform boundaries, aiming to unify and broaden our community outreach across various spaces, bringing together more like-minded individuals under the PhotoRoom umbrella. You'll craft strategies that not only engage but also bring unique forms of value to our members, making the community a go-to destination for all things PhotoRoom.Lead our Ambassador Program: Stepping up our community game, you'll also be at the helm of our Ambassador Program. You'll handpick, coach, and collaborate with the most engaged members, transforming them into brand evangelists and finding methods to enable them to contribute in meaningful and impactful ways. They'll become an extension of our team, helping to amplify our message and ethos across different platforms and support the growth of our community. You'll develop key initiatives to ensure that they have everything they need to feel connected and to continually spread the PhotoRoom energy.Run the Community Events Program: You're responsible for owning our B2C events program, both online and offline; you'll be the PhotoRoom representative on the ground. These events will provide strategic opportunities to strengthen brand loyalty and humanize the brand. Your knack for crafting compelling experiences will enable us to gather invaluable product feedback directly from the community and spread brand awareness.Be the Voice of the Community: You'll be the community's lobbyist inside PhotoRoom. You'll gather insights, wishes, and pain points from the community and present them in a way that impacts our product roadmap and strategies. You'll have a seat at the table where decisions are made, ensuring the community perspective is always considered.Align Community Initiatives with Business Goals: You're not working in a silo; you're an integral part of the PhotoRoom mission. You'll collaborate closely with content, growth, and product teams, sharing insights and co-creating strategies that benefit both the community and business metrics. Experience: 3-5 years of community management experience, ideally within a tech or e-commerce space.Outgoing and Relational: You have a natural flair for relationship-building.
