WHY this position is of utmost importance to reach our mission

You'll be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the Security/IT team, which consists of 4 squads : Application Security (2 engineers), IT (4 admins), Security Compliance, and Incident Management, 12 people in total by the end of the year.

Moreover, you'll ⏬

- Enhance the efficiency of operations boards and plans through effective project management.

- Improve tooling through benchmarking and monitoring, but also improvement of the existing

- Maintain the quality of team documentation by providing necessary context, identifying needs, and taking appropriate actions. This includes preparing projects and writing necessary reports

- Facilitate information sharing among all team members

🥇You’re the right candidate if

- You have an experience or at least strong interest in information security topics, readiness to work closely with developers, product managers and the legal team, and ability to manage change.

- Experience in an ISO 27001 context will be a major bonus as well as having an experience in either development, Application Security or IT.

- Ability to centralize and coordinate work from multiple departments, crucial for ensuring effective follow-up on projects, implementing corrective actions, reaching agreements, and diplomatically onboarding external and internal stakeholders.

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.

What does the recruitment process look like ? 

- You will first have a general chat with Thomas (Technical Recruiter) : 30 min

- Then a deeper discussion with Guillaume (RSSI/CISO) : 45 min

- Then a technical case with preparation at home + a following debriefing with two people from the security Team : 1 H

- Finally, a last culture fit meeting with Felix, COO (30min)

We make sure we move fast ; you can expect the recruitment process with us to last between 15 and 25 days in total.
