Job description
What you’ll do & learn 📖
As a QA engineer, you will have keys missions to develop a through hands-on experience as to:
Effectively plan and design test cases and test scenarios by understanding requirements, identifying test objectives, and creating test plans that cover different aspects of the software.
Perform actual test executions to gain practical experience in running test cases, executing test scripts, and verifying software functionality against expected results. It will contribute to identify potential issues or bugs.
Properly report and track document defects clearly and concisely, including detailed steps to reproduce them and attaching relevant information (defect lifecycles management, collaboration with teams to resolve issues).
Automate repetitive and time-consuming test cases using appropriate frameworks and tools. This includes scripting automated test scenarios, maintaining test scripts, and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.
Improve your communication and collaboration skills, including providing regular updates, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues in a team-oriented environment.
Enhance your ability to think critically, identify edge cases, and perform ad-hoc testing to discover potential vulnerabilities or usability problems.
Gain a solid understanding of the specific Industrial context and our users’ requirements.
Contribute on maintain QA Knowledge landscape up to date & share your experience

What you embody 🎯
Graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
In depth, technical skill in Software testing associated to best practices.
Experienced with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Familiar with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript, as well as scripting languages used for test automation.
Understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud-based architectures.
Attention to details, analytical thinking & time management priorities abilities
Collaborative, patient & persistent
Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
