  • Benchmark product performance across lighting, environments, objects, and tasks

  • Identify failure modes and push the team to resolve reliability gaps

  • Develop and automate validation pipelines whenever possible

  • Document test results clearly and drive issues to closure with engineering

  • Join deployment teams on selected field deployments to observe real factory environments, collect feedback, and feed it back into our validation process

  • Collaborate with teams in Europe, the US, and Japan to align on product quality and deployment readiness

  • Contribute to improving product robustness, safety, and deployment readiness

Preferred experience

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, UR, KUKA, etc.)

  • Solid programming skills in Python

  • Experience with testing, debugging, and validation of robotics or embedded systems

  • Ability to structure and execute rigorous test plans

  • Comfortable working with hardware, lab equipment, and iterative experiments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Fluent in English.
