Job Description

What you'll do & learn📖

Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate new hire orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture.

HR Administration: Support HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing employee files.

Employee Engagement Initiatives: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.

Policy and Procedure Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Project Support: Collaborate on special HR projects as needed, providing research, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

    What you embody 🎯

    • Preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path
    • Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
    • Organized, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
    • First HR experience is a plus
