WhiteLab Genomics was founded with the belief that life-saving drugs should be accessible to all patients in need. Today, we strive to become the leading expert in A.I. for genomic medicine, operating as the go-to partner for research and development.

Our HR department is staffed by two dedicated individuals actively engaged in a variety of dynamic and diverse projects. These include:

  1. Developing our organizational values and employee programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.

  2. Implementing Talent Development Programs aimed at providing training and development opportunities for employees to grow and advance in their careers. This includes leadership development programs, mentorship initiatives, and skills training workshops.

  3. Driving employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to the organization. This involves creating employer branding campaigns, developing recruitment marketing materials, and employing innovative sourcing techniques.

  4. Conducting Employee Engagement Surveys to gather feedback and insights from employees, and developing action plans to address areas for improvement and enhance overall employee satisfaction and morale.

  5. Leading Change Management Initiatives to support organizational change efforts, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, or the introduction of new policies or procedures. The goal is to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to employees during periods of change.

  6. Developing tools to improve employee experience as on boarding and off boarding

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact…

  • You’ll play a vital role in recruitment activities, which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.

  • You’ll support the HR team in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.

  • You’’ll assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees will also be part of your responsibilities.

  • You’ll be involved in various HR administrative tasks to help maintain organized and efficient operations.

  • You’ll contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.

  • You’ll conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends will enable you to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Examples of practical cases across different areas, including labor law, payroll, training, corporate culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Preferred experience

We’re Eager to Meet You If…

  • You’re enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree program - Master 1 or 2 (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) - or have prior experience in HR in lieu of a M1 or M2

  • You have comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • You’re have to ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • You have attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • You have a basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • You have a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

  • You are adaptable and flexible, easily operating in a dynamic start-up environment.

  • You have prior internship or work experience in HR & French regulations

  • You’re fluent in French and are comfortable with working with English-speaking collaborators

  3. Face to face interview in our office in Paris - 2 hours
