You experienced working in the operations field in the industry and had the challenge to contribute in manufacturing digitalization (project management, process orchestration and/or tools deployment): your knowledge will be helpful.
As a member of Pelico’s customer team, you’ll play an instrumental role at maximizing the impact of the Pelico platform for our users.
Additionally to the inherent missions, the challenges of this position will be to secure questions related to the scaling changes and to ensure a successful delivery to our clients.

Dive in with plants operations teams to better understand their customer jobs and reinvent their day to day work with data.
Demo our product to our prospective customers.
Map, model and analyze the client’s data to feed the platform or to create operational recommendations with Jupyter notebooks.
Conceive and articulate platform workflows to solve real life plant issues.
Be the main point of contact for our users.
Play the role of project manager to facilitate the onboarding.
- Generate a significant impact on industrial performance in the client’s plants by helping users leverage the platform.
- Help the team automate deployment processes and playbook to build scalability and grow
You combine a passion for the industry, technology and data with the will to have a sustainable and significant impact on industrial processes. You have the desire to join an early stage company and witness all steps of rapid growth.
At least 5 years deep dive in Industry’s operations world associated to a position linked to project management, tools implementation or process orchestration
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and be a master in priorities management
Capacity to apprehend and solve complex business problems.
Professional experience in modeling, transforming and analyzing data.
Willingness to build long term relationships with B2B clients, to collaborate and iterate with users to create innovative solutions.
