Pour que chacun.e puisse se développer professionnellement tout au long de son expérience chez Payplug, nous avons mis en place tous les 6 mois un entretien “Performance Review”. Durant cet entretien, nos collaborateurs.rices peuvent échanger avec leur manager du chemin parcouru pendant les 6 derniers mois mais aussi et surtout, aborder leurs attentes et perspectives d’évolution chez Payplug.

Également, plusieurs parcours de mobilité sont possibles : réaliser une mobilité interne vers un autre métier chez Payplug mais également au sein du Groupe BPCE, monter en compétences dans un poste d’expert opérationnel, ou progresser dans un rôle de manager.

Enfin, nous sommes en train de mettre en place des “Career Tracks” afin d’assurer à nos collaborateurs.rices la meilleure transparence et équité, ainsi qu’une vision claire sur leur projet professionnel chez Payplug.

Life is punctuated by rituals:

  • A breakfast meeting every Monday; ”Thank God it’s Monday”
  • An aperitif on Fridays because... "Thank God it's Friday! With board games or online games for the volunteers ;)
  • Team activities every quarter (virtual or on-site Escape Games, wind tunnel, Bubble- football) and regular animations and small gifts (foosball and Mario-Kart tournament, pancakes party, blind test, cheese & wine tasting)
  • An annual retreat, the "Team Day", to look back on the successes achieved and relax around original activities!
  • And for the sportsmen and women, they regularly put together teams to take part in Parisian challenges: Mud Day, Tech Run, Five Soccer.
