The position

Job description

AI is rewriting how enterprises run. Payflows is the platform making it happen.

The world’s largest companies are held back by complexity - disconnected systems, slow approvals, and manual workflows across Finance, Procurement and Operations.

Payflows is building the AI-native Finance OS for enterprise - connecting every process, person, and system so work just flows. Approvals route automatically, payments execute intelligently and leaders gain real-time visibility into how, when and why payments are made.

In a world where speed, control and intelligence define competitive advantage, Payflows enables global enterprises to operate with precision - powered by AI.

One intelligent platform, endless possibilities.

The role:

  • You’ll be part of the team that brings Payflows to life for our customers — helping finance, treasury, and procurement teams onboard, learn, and succeed on the platform.

  • This is a hands-on, high-growth role designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn fast and make an impact from day one. You’ll work closely with Implementation Managers, Product, and Customer Success to deliver smooth, high-quality onboarding experiences that help our customers get value quickly.

  • You’ll be surrounded by world-class operators, trusted with ownership early, and given the space to grow into a future Implementation Manager.

Your Mission

  • Support customer onboarding — assist with kickoffs, training sessions, and setup calls to ensure a smooth implementation journey.

  • Guide users through the platform — helping them understand workflows, features, and best practices.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure alignment and fast issue resolution.

  • Track progress and key milestones, keeping both internal teams and clients informed at every step.

  • Gather and share customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and process optimisation.

  • Refine playbooks and documentation — helping standardise and scale how we onboard customers globally.

  • Continuously learn — building deep knowledge of Payflows’ platform, enterprise finance processes, and SaaS delivery excellence.

Requirements:

  • You’re a recent graduate from a top business, engineering, or economics program, ready to kick-start your career in tech and product operations.

  • You’re curious and analytical — you love understanding how systems work and how to make them better.

  • You’re structured, organised, and naturally proactive — you take initiative, ask smart questions, and follow through on details.

  • You’re an excellent communicator who can simplify complexity, whether speaking with customers or collaborating with internal teams.

  • You’re fascinated by the intersection of finance, technology, and AI, and eager to see how enterprises transform through intelligent automation.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where you’re trusted with responsibility early and encouraged to grow quickly.

  • You’re coachable, hungry, and relentless in your pursuit of improvement — you want to learn from the best and become one.

Your Skills

  • Strong academic foundation in business, finance, economics, or engineering with a demonstrated ability to think analytically and communicate clearly.

  • Experience or internship exposure to SaaS, consulting, or financial services is a plus, but not essential — attitude and potential matter more.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — written and verbal — with confidence in customer-facing environments.

  • Comfortable with tools like Notion, Excel, or HubSpot, and excited to learn new ones quickly.

  • Proven track record of ownership and initiative, whether through projects, internships, or university experience.

  • A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, operates with precision, and never stops improving.

  • Passionate about working directly with customers and building strong, trusted relationships.

Our non-negotiables:

  1. Resilience — We’re on a multi-decade mission to reinvent enterprise finance. You embrace challenges, adapt fast, and learn through adversity.

  2. Hunger — You push yourself to grow every day, raising the bar for yourself and those around you. You play to win.

  3. Trustworthiness — You take ownership, communicate openly, and get it done with integrity and consistency.
