What will be your role?
Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our People leadership team as a Senior Director of People Operations & Strategy reporting into our Chief People Officer. You will support the strategic evolution of our organisation and help coordinate our strategic initiatives within the People department, to empower our People engine (HRs & TAs) to be more efficient & scalable in their everyday job & the business by setting efficient methodologies and processes. You will be responsible for:
Positioning the People Operations & Strategy team as a Centre of Expertise to structure new People processes and the existing ones
Optimising the usage of our internal tools in order to support our processes and improve the overall productivity of the teams
Develop a strong analytical culture within the People Leadership team and ensure that each decision and commitment are data driven and aligned with the business needs of the organisation
Identify operational weaknesses and improve or create programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible (i.e. HRIS, talent acquisition processes & tools, career path design, Org Design, etc)
Contributing to improve the future-proof ways of working to accelerate our company’s on-going business growth

You have the following qualities :
You are a strong people and team leader with at least 10 years of experience in HR roles (TA, HRBP, Org design, transformation), HR Ops role or strong experience in management/strategy consulting
You have strong project management and analytical skills
You have an ability to move from strategic thinking to granular analysis
You are client and solution oriented
you like to find pragmatic solutions to problems
You are recognized for your professional efficiency and ability to structure
You have already experienced working in an international fast-growing environment
You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision

You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the payroll management solution industry
You speak English fluently, native French speaker would definitely be a plus
