⚡️As a Head of Account Management, you will :

Lead & develop an team of A players

  • Strengthen the team through intensive recruitment efforts, relying on internal teams and your interpersonal skills
  • Define specific, clear, measurable, ambitious and achievable targets and support managers in developing concrete action plans to achieve these objectives
  • Bring your expertise, dynamism, charisma and leadership to generate motivation in teams
  • Push existing training programs to position papernest as an emblematic company to learn sales skills and grow
  • Leading the Account Management roadmap and strategy

  • Leading the Account Management strategy and execution, ensuring our partners get to dynamic, recurring value using papernest product
  • Owning end-to-end account growth and retention, identify key priorities and build the roadmap to achieve strong net-retention on the spanish market
  • Drive a revenue and margin mindset within the team, and expand cross-selling abilities as well as help the team deepen their market knowledge to improve their sales discourse and relationship
  • Analyze client results: evolution, trends and suggestions for improvement to cross-functional teams.
  • Implementing targeted commercial initiatives: training customers on sales pitches, compensation packages, optimizing applications, etc
  • Processes, Organization and continuous improvement

  • Problem solve and define new processes to ensure they are well implemented at scale
  • Propose improvements in Product, lead generation tools and processes ; driving the resulting change in inside sales practices
  • Deeply analyze, understand client needs and ensure that the overall papernest organization delivers the best service in that respect.
  • 🔎 About you :

  • Native in Spanish
  • Fluent in English
  • Business or engineering school background
  • Work experience: 3 to 5 years experience in management of sales and/or key account management, customer success team
  • Strong analytical profile
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, driven, and organized.
