Our community of users is expanding rapidly, and we aim to provide a scalable online platform offering educational resources to assist airlines in enhancing their fuel efficiency program. As we aspire to become the #1 online resource for fuel efficiency in aviation, this platform will be opened to all aviation professionals worldwide who have or will have an impact on reducing CO2 emissions and fuel costs of their airline.
Within the Marketing team, you will report directly to Candice, our Head of Retention.
You will be responsible to translate technical information into clear, concise, user-focused language for non-technical and technical users to help drive customer education and retention.
By joining us, you will directly help airlines to reduce their CO2 emissions.
🏋️♂️Activities & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Aviation Technical Writer with airline industry knowledge to create high-value technical content in English. He/she will have a good understanding of our SkyBreathe’ platform and a deep knowledge of our user’s personas and pain points to produce helpful and educative content.
Analyze our audience to understand their learning needs according to their business objectives.
Transform technical content into educational multimedia, including product guidelines, training, video scripts, in-app tours, webinars, e-learning, etc.
Identify the content that customers need to be successful when using the product and design the best solution to support the Customer Success team.
Act as the marketing SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all topics related to airline flight operations. You will contribute and animate discussions on our digital community platforms on various topics related to green aviation.
Liaise with other departments and external contributors to research relevant topics on fuel efficiency management (interviews, documents, reports…).
Study campaign reports and forecasting metrics to measure the impact and efficiency of our efforts and see what works and where we need to improve.

You’ve got preferably 1-2 years of experience in the aeronautical field, in flight and airline operations. Experience in a support or customer success team would be a real asset.
Holder of a degree in aeronautics or marketing with a specialization in aeronautics.
Excellent written English and interpersonal communication skills. and you’ve got superb writing skills, both short and long-form. You also have good oral and written communication skills in French.
You enjoy distilling complex concepts and technical information into straightforward, helpful and concise support and enjoy geeking out on finding the right words.
You are organized and like working on a wide range of topics in a variety of content formats and can prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
You’re customer centric and comfortable reaching out to all kinds of different individuals.
You are self-driven, with a bias for action and a results-oriented mindset. You take ownership of projects fast and love to work independently.
You love to stay on top of the latest trends and constantly try to find new ways to write content.
