WHY WE NEED YOU ?
Our rapid growth is driving us to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team to support our ambitious hiring goals. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will report directly to the Team Leader and play a key role in helping us attract, identify, and recruit top talent to support Scaleway’s expansion.
👥 YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You’ll be joining a passionate and dynamic HR team at the heart of the company’s growth strategy.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers, you’ll be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide variety of roles, both in France and internationally.
Based in our Paris offices, this 6-month end-of-studies internship offers the opportunity to take ownership of strategic recruitments early on, depending on your involvement and ability to ramp up.
🚀 YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of the recruitment plan (processes, tools like Lever ATS, KPI dashboards)
- Write and publish job offers on various job boards, ensuring visibility and relevance
- Screen resumes and conduct pre-qualification interviews (screening calls)
- Draft interview reports and manage candidate feedback
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Coordinate with hiring managers to prepare job briefs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Be a proactive contributor, suggesting improvements to recruitment practices
ABOUT YOU
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
Curious, autonomous, and proactive
Eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects
Hard Skills
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Bac+4/5) – final-year internship
A first experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
Fluent in French, professional proficiency in English appreciated
