We’re scaling our AI platform and need a Product Marketing Manager who turns complex capability into crisp narratives, launches, and sales tools that move pipeline and adoption. You’ll be the owner of positioning, messaging, and GTM - and the creative force behind high-impact demo videos like the ones we just produced.
🎯 Your Role
Own positioning & messaging for Onepilot AI products (AI Agent, Ticket Match, integrations). Keep it clear, differentiated, and proof-driven.
Plan and run launches (tiered GTM, internal enablement, external comms, metrics).
Create demo stories & videos: scripts, click-paths, screen flows, VO - then ship polished assets with our design/video partners.
Build enablement: one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, ROI calculators, objection-handling, and macro libraries for CSMs.
Turn KB (knowledge base) & product into content: web pages, feature pages, email sequences, in-product copy, release notes.
Partner with Product to shape roadmaps with market insight; test naming, pricing/packaging, and beta feedback.
Arm Growth & Sales: campaign angles, landing pages, webinars, event narratives; track funnel impact.
Measure what matters: launch adoption, win/loss signals, message recall, content usage, and sourced/assisted pipeline.
30 days: Master the product, customers, and top use cases. Ship a refreshed messaging doc and a 90-sec platform overview video.
60 days: Deliver a tiered launch for one feature (internal & external) + full enablement kit.
90 days: Improve sales cycle quality (talk tracks + assets), show adoption lift on at least one shipped feature, and publish 2 - 3 proof points (case study, short video, or testimonial).
Translate technical AI topics into simple, valuable stories.
Are fast, organized, and comfortable owning end-to-end deliverables.
Know how to brief design/video and still jump in to edit a script yourself.
Collaborate tightly with Product, Sales, and Success - then ship.
Care about data: you define a KPI before you hit “publish.”
Background in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company (bonus: CX, support, or automation/AI).
Strong storytelling + enablement portfolio (launches, videos, sales collateral).
Comfortable with a light tool stack: Loom/Descript (or similar), Figma, Google Suite, HubSpot/CRM, Webflow/CMS basics, analytics (GA/Mixpanel/Amplitude optional).
Excellent English & French writing/speaking and on-camera/voiceover presence; Third language is a plus.
Pricing & packaging experience.
GTM in multi-language markets.
Hands-on with LLM/AI workflows or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Gorgias, Crisp, Shopify/Stripe integrations).
