You will play a central role at the intersection of marketing, product and sales by documenting and showcasing the features of our sovereign GenAI platform. Your work will help ensure a smooth user experience, support our Sales teams, and enable the Marketing team to communicate product value effectively.
Marketing Enablement
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure seamless alignment between product messaging and marketing campaigns.
Provide insights to enhance content such as blog posts, landing pages, website copy and Linkedin Ads to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
Leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and feed actionable user and market insights back into product messaging and positioning.
Sales Enablement
Equip Sales teams with compelling sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and product playbooks tailored to different buyer personas.
Lead regular updates for Sales on new features, differentiation points, and real-world use cases to maximize conversions.
Gather feedback from the field, analyze win/loss data, and continuously optimize enablement materials for effectiveness and impact.
Product Enablement
Create clear, user-friendly documentation, how-to guides, FAQs, and feature explainers, to make our GenAI platform accessible for all users.
Draft and update internal product sheets for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams, ensuring everyone’s equipped with the latest product knowledge.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on accurate release notes and version updates, translating complex functionality into business value for customers.
Manage internal and external feedback loops to keep teams up to date on feature adoption, success stories, and evolving customer needs.
Core Skills
Excellent written communication in French and English, clear, structured, and engaging.
Strong ability to explain technical or abstract concepts to varied audiences.
Comfortable using collaborative tools (Google Docs, Notion, slide tools, etc.).
Strong cross-functional mindset, you’ll work closely with PMs, Engineers, Sales, and Marketers.
Experience
2 to 5 years in Product Marketing, Technical Writing, or Product Documentation, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with on-premise software, privacy-focused offerings, or generative AI is a strong plus.
