Job description

Our Vision & Mission

AI is rewriting how enterprises run. Payflows is the platform making it happen.

Finance, Procurement, and Operations are the central nervous system of every enterprise — yet they’re slowed by complexity, manual work, and disconnected systems.

Payflows is building the AI-native Finance OS for enterprise — connecting every process, person, and system so work just flows. Approvals route automatically, payments execute intelligently, and leaders gain real-time visibility into how, when, and why money moves.

In a world where speed, control, and intelligence define competitive advantage, Payflows enables global enterprises to operate with precision — powered by AI.

One intelligent platform, endless possibilities.

Why join us?

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build the future of enterprise finance.

At Payflows, you won’t just build features — you’ll define how the world’s best finance teams operate. You’ll be shaping products that automate billions in payments, optimize decisions for CFOs, and redefine how enterprises run globally.

Joining now means joining early — influencing the direction of our AI-native finance platform, working directly with customers like CFOs and Treasurers, and collaborating with an elite team of engineers, operators, and product thinkers.

If you’re analytical, user-obsessed, and thrive in environments where precision meets speed — this is where you’ll do your career-defining work.

At Payflows, we believe in extreme autonomy — if it’s rational, we make it happen.

The Role: Product Management

You’ll be at the heart of how Payflows builds and scales its product — designing, delivering, and iterating on the systems that power modern finance teams.

This is not a “project manager” role — it’s a builder’s role. You’ll own strategy, execution, and impact end-to-end.

Your goal: build intelligent products that transform how finance operates — from procurement to treasury — with clarity, automation, and control.

Your Mission

Build the Product Strategy

  • Define and execute a clear, long-term product vision aligned with Payflows’ growth trajectory.

  • Prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest impact for finance teams — driving automation, visibility, and intelligence.

Understand Our Users Deeply

  • Develop a detailed understanding of CFOs, Treasurers, and Procurement Leaders — their workflows, challenges, and decision-making patterns.

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and market analysis to guide roadmap decisions.

Engage and Gather Feedback

  • Partner closely with customers, Sales, and Customer Success to identify pain points and translate feedback into actionable product insights.

  • Build feedback loops that drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Develop and Optimize Key Features

  • Lead design, development, and rollout of new capabilities that enhance automation, compliance, and operational speed.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to bring features to life — iterating quickly and thoughtfully.

Deliver a Seamless Go-to-Market Motion

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CSM teams to ensure launches land with precision and adoption is frictionless.

  • Build clear documentation, training materials, and internal playbooks for every release.

Leverage Data for Decision-Making

  • Use analytics to validate assumptions, measure success, and prioritise intelligently.

  • Track key product metrics and continuously refine the user experience based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

Who You Are

  • You come from a background in Product Management, Strategy, or Fintech SaaS, and you understand how to build products that solve real, complex problems for enterprise users.

  • You think strategically but execute relentlessly — combining creativity with precision to deliver exceptional results.

  • You’re user-obsessed — driven to understand how CFOs, Treasurers, and Procurement teams work, and how technology can transform their world.

  • You’re analytical and data-driven, always validating ideas with metrics and feedback before scaling.

  • You’re naturally curious, with an ability to connect the dots across business, design, and engineering.

  • You thrive in fast-moving, high-accountability environments where excellence is the baseline.

  • You communicate with clarity and influence — aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and executing with focus.

  • You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Your Skills

  • You’ve built and launched B2B SaaS products, ideally in fintech or enterprise automation.

  • You have experience conducting deep user research and translating insights into actionable roadmap priorities.

  • You’re confident in data analytics, using metrics to validate decisions, measure success, and drive iteration.

  • You’ve led cross-functional teams — collaborating with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.

  • You understand how to craft go-to-market strategies, ensuring product launches drive adoption and growth.

  • You excel at process optimization, continuously improving how the team works and how the product scales.

  • You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised — capable of managing multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.

Our Non-Negotiables

Resilience — We’re on a multi-decade mission to reinvent enterprise finance. You embrace hard problems and thrive in the fight.
Hunger — You push yourself (and the company) to raise the bar and maximise impact.
Trustworthiness — You take ownership, solve problems, and get it done with minimal guidance.
