Job description

Main missions

  1. Sales Enablement
  • Build and maintain pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, comparison sheets, and objection-handling content.
  • Enable the sales team through playbooks, internal briefings, and win/loss insight sessions.
  • Gather regular feedback from Sales and improve resources accordingly.
  • Align closely with Sales leadership to understand evolving needs and field realities.
  • Train and support the sales team to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
  1. Messaging & Positioning
  • Craft differentiated messaging tailored to personas and segments.
  • Turn complex product features into compelling customer-facing value.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints: website, content, sales materials.
  1. Go-To-Market Execution
  • Own and orchestrate product launches: strategy, cross-functional coordination, messaging rollout, internal alignment.
  • Ensure new features are understood, adopted, and leveraged in the sales cycle.
  • Define success metrics and report on GTM performance.
  1. Market & Buyer Insights
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Help refine personas and map buyer journeys based on real conversations.
  • Feed learnings back into product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap priorities, user research, feature adoption, and release processes.
  1. Growth & Product-Market Fit
  • Analyze product-market fit signals and identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and market penetration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evolve packaging and messaging for growth.
  • Keep an eye on churn drivers and leverage insights to fuel strategic decisions.

Preferred experience

Profile

  • Have 5–9 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement (ideally in a B2B SaaS/tech company).
  • Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales enablement best practices.
  • Can translate technical features into customer-facing stories with business value.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a strong business sense.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
