About the role

Ogury transitioned to using Salesforce in 2018 and we are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will help with the technical architecture of the company’s SFDC. You will work with the SFDC team at Ogury to design and develop advanced customisations using Salesforce.

You will also be required to define, prioritise and implement technical projects aimed at optimising performance and reliability. Whilst having an extensive knowledge of the system you will map all functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality. Salesforce is used by almost every department in the company and working alongside the Lead Salesforce Admin as well as senior management, you will use best practices to the SFDC team; suggesting new ideas to elevate the system and improve user adoption.

What you will be doing

  • Build solutions to integrate with others Ogury systems, whilst creating process to export, import, update data and data structure.
  • Designing the solutions and implement that to meet business needs.
  • Follow Salesforce best practice, and write and maintain the test classes, whilst maintaining code documentation.
  • Own the release cycles to implement and deploy new updates to existing applications
  • Collaboration with the business and developers to ensure we test and verify the solutions to meet the business requirements.
  • Participate in key meetings including requirement sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing

    • About you

  • Good proficiency in Salesforce platform best practices, coding and design guidelines.
  • Proficiency in writing Apex coding (Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce pages & components).
  • Knowledge in developing and deploying solutions using Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Design System/Lightning App Builder/Lightning components).
  • DXKnowledge in fundamental programming concepts (Java, Python , C++, C#) , Javascript framework like jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap and HTML5 as well as data management and data modelization.
  • A Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is a plus, and the ability to manage and monitor bugs / errors and find relevant solutions quickly.
  • Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks, using detailed analysis of customer requirements and to be able convert that into appropriate design and code.
