About the role

Now is the perfect time to become part of Ogury! As our Communication Director, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing our global content strategy across multiple channels and markets.

In this high-impact role, you’ll not only define the content direction but also roll up your sleeves to produce high-quality materials and coordinate with internal teams and designers to meet the company’s content needs.

We’re looking for an experienced communications professional to join our small, agile, global team and lead content efforts across our 19 active markets. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery—crafting content that challenges industry norms, resonates with diverse audiences, and elevates our brand.

This hybrid role is based in our London (or other location) office, where we champion collaboration, creativity, and cross-functional teamwork. You’ll report directly to the VP of Communications, based in Paris.

    • What you will be doing

  • Proactively craft compelling stories that demonstrate Ogury's product benefits and market vision to build trust with our stakeholders.
  • Develop engaging B2B content that resonates with target audiences while positioning Ogury as an industry leader and innovator.
  • Create innovative content formats that deliver valuable insights to our audience, strengthening our brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams (eg Marketing, Go-To-Market, People and Culture) to align content with company goals and priorities.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing to deliver timely, effective content for local campaign needs.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing to ensure optimal content distribution across channels and data-driven performance improvements.
  • Lead the execution of communications and PR initiatives that support Ogury's business objectives globally and locally.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and reporters in the UK and US markets.

    • What you will bring to Ogury

  • Experience in content writing in the advertising industry– with added advantage from experience at DSP/SSP companies or media agencies
  • Storytelling expertise with a talent for crafting compelling content that resonates with target audiences and elevates brand perception
  • Proven ability to be a subject-matter expert—someone who both masters the craft of writing and contributes original thought leadership to the industry
  • Proven experience writing content for both technical and non-technical audiences, with a clear understanding of how to adapt messaging for each
  • Proven track record creating diverse B2B content including blogs, white papers, articles, and sales collateral
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working seamlessly with Go-to-Market, product marketing, communications, and global teams to ensure alignment and strategic execution
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and localize global content strategies to ensure relevance and market-specific impact across Ogury's multiple markets
  • Self-directed with strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholder requests
  • Understanding of digital channels and their content requirements
  • Experience with HubSpot
