As OCUS is expanding globally, we are looking for a Freelance Project Manager dedicated to the EMEA marketplace. In cooperation with the Paris based Operation team, you will play a key part in scaling OCUS’ missions, community and processes in Europe.

STARTING DATE: September 1st

DURATION: 1 month (renewable)

LOCATION : France (remote - home office)

STATUS: Freelance

WORKING TIME : Full Time, 5 days a week

DAILY RATE: 130€

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English proficiency
• Ability to provide own equipment (laptop, smartphone)
• Legal Right to work as a freelancer in France

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Launch our model in a new market following client’s specifications
Recruit and onboard our community of image creators in applicable markets
Vet and select the best photographers from the pool of applicants
Brief and test image creators on guidelines created from client’s specifications and share best practices to ensure they perfectly handle their photo and/or video shoots
Create and adjust the project’s guidelines
Monitor and support image creators throughout the entirety of the process: order, assignment, scheduling, shooting, upload and delivery of the shoots
Continual coordination with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas to improve shoots
Debrief image creators after the first shoot to ensure they perfectly manage the guidelines and improve for their next one

OBJECTIVES :

Maintain the SLAs: 24h to assign an image creator and 48h to deliver the shoots
Ensure that image creators deliver qualitative images
Ensure the guidelines are fully adhered to
Solve problems in the field that image creators may face while on assignment

PROFILE :

Excellent interpersonal skills, patience & rigorousness
Fluent in English
Highly organized, meticulous, and self-motivated
Interest in photography and media production is a plus
