Develop a comprehensive email drip campaign strategy for both B2B and B2C (Community) that includes the following elements:
Photographer Onboarding:
Develop and execute email campaigns to warmly welcome new photographers into the OCUS community
Create onboarding sequences introducing photographers to our platform, guidelines, and community ethos
Training Communication:
Generate engaging email content to effectively communicate training programs, resources, and tips, elevating the skills of our photographers
Collaborate with the training team to seamlessly integrate training information into impactful email campaigns
Community Updates:
Keep our freelance photographers informed about community events, updates, and changes through targeted and informative email communications
Foster a sense of belonging and collaboration within the OCUS community through the delivery of regular newsletters and updates
Segmentation and Personalization:
Strategically segment the photographer community based on expertise, location, and engagement levels
Personalize communication to ensure relevant and meaningful interactions with each unique segment
Automation and Lifecycle Marketing:
Implement marketing automation workflows that guide photographers through their journey within the OCUS community
Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture relationships and encourage continued participation
Reporting, Performance Analysis, and Campaign Optimization:
Monitor key metrics, including photographer engagement, participation rates, and feedback
Analyze data to refine email campaigns, ensuring resonance with our diverse community
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (customer success, operations) to develop email campaigns that effectively communicate procedural/operational changes and updates to photographers
Work closely with the design team to craft visually appealing and on-brand email templates
Work closely with the Marketing/Social team to develop and sync campaign calendars to optimize the impact of concurrent campaigns
Native English speaker is a must. French is a plus
2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
Startup and/or Scaleup experience is highly valued
Must possess an entrepreneurial attitude with high agency and grit
Proven experience in email marketing, particularly within a community-driven or freelance-centric environment
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
Creative thinking with the ability to tailor campaigns to resonate with a diverse audience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Familiarity with the freelance photography industry is advantageous
Proficiency with email marketing tools and platforms, with HubSpot experience, considered a significant advantage
Knowledge of cross-channel marketing campaign performance indicators a plus
Knowledge of Messagebird is a plus
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is advantageous
Bac+5 / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
