This isn’t just a design job; it’s a foundational leadership role. You will be “Player One”—initially hands-on in the trenches, creating the assets that drive our growth, and eventually building and mentoring your own team of specialists as we scale.
You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, turning gameplay into gold and data into creative insights. If you’ve cut your teeth at places like Voodoo, Homa, Ubisoft, or MWM, you know the drill: we test, we learn, and we win.
Creative Powerhouse: Produce high-converting assets across all formats: high-octane gameplay trailers, catchy UGC-style ads, static banners, and innovative playable ads.
Performance-Driven Design: Work hand-in-hand with the Growth/UA team. You don’t just “make things pretty”; you make things that click. You’ll use data to iterate on “winning” concepts and kill underperformers without ego.
Brand Guardian: Ensure that while our ads are high-performing, they remain faithful to the poetic and high-quality aesthetic of the PowerZ universe.
Team Building: As we scale, you will define the hiring roadmap for the creative department, identifying the best talent to join our mission.
Process Optimization: Implement a streamlined “creative factory” workflow to test dozens of hooks and concepts weekly.
Experience: 5 to 7 years in Marketing Art or Creative Production within the gaming industry (Mobile is a must).
The “test & learn” Mindset: You are obsessed with testing. You aren’t afraid to fail 9 times to find the 10th creative that scales the game to the moon.
Polyvalent Specialist: You are a master of the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) and have a strong understanding of Unreal Engine for capturing gameplay.
Product-Agnostic: You’ve worked on mobile games, but you have a special interest (or experience) in the educational/edutainment space.
Entrepreneurial & Proactive: You don’t wait for a brief. You spot trends, look at what competitors are doing, and pitch new concepts daily.
English Fluency: You are comfortable working in an international environment.
Experience with 3D software (Blender/C4D) to create high-end renders.
A background in a high-growth startup environment (Homa, MWM, Ubisoft Mobile).
Knowledge of AI creative tools to speed up your workflow.

Step 2: Creative Challenge – A “hands-on” home assignment. This is your time to shine. We want to see how you analyze our game, find the “hook,” and execute a high-impact asset under a tight deadline.
Step 3: Final Interview – A final strategic chat with Emmanuel (CEO). This session will focus on the long-term vision of the company, the team-building aspect of your role, and cultural fit.
