OCUS produces high-quality, custom visual content at scale for international brands. We do so by relying on a global community of over 20,000 highly-qualified photographers and image creators.

Product-driven, we use state of the art tech to make the whole process seamless both for brands and image creators. Our core mission: to create a thriving ecosystem for them, while driving brand’s growth through engaging visuals - from photographs to drone and 360° videos. Read our charter to know more.

Since 2016, we have worked with over 500 key accounts, including UberEats, Booking.com, L’Oreal or Deloitte. And today, we deliver over 500,000 images every month. Just last year, our team has grown from 30 to 100 people. With over 30 nationalities in the team, we are based in Paris, New-York, Singapore. 


THE ROLE

OCUS is seeking a CRM specialist to combine data analytics, expert communications, and marketing tools to onboard and engage our community of photographers. This role is a critical part of our community team, and will be responsible for activating our global community of photographers by testing, evolving our segmentation strategy, and partnering with operations to ensure the best lifecycle to our community. 

Responsibilities
You’re the owner of all the communications sent out to our global community of photographers: you implement and manage all CRM channels (multi-channel & multi-lingual).

You drive activation KPIs by scaling and tailoring our onboarding programs 
You support team efforts in activating and retaining our community for our global clients by automating content flows as much as possible (workflows, campaigns)
You use and develop our segment approach by country/region to improve onboarding experience and accelerate activation
You analyze the effectiveness of CRM campaigns providing actionable insights based on data-led & field discovery optimization
You manage the briefing processes to deliver global communications requested by different teams. You’ll be supported by a pool of creatives (copy-writer, designers) to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Test and learn to refine all the CRM workflows 
Keep improving the data structure of the CRM platform

Increase the conversion rate of each stage of onboarding funnel 
Click-through rate on CRM campaigns (OR / CR)
% active photographers
Cost of active photographers

Preferred experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM marketing or analytics
  • Experience with top email service providers, with automated workflows
  • Aware of email communication best practices
  • Deep love of data and analytics! When solving a problem you start with data and ask a lot of questions.
  • Expert Excel and SQL is a plus
  • Capability to explain and onboard people on your technical topics
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: you’ve already handled process changes inter-teams
  • Proactive, results driven, and highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on
  • Interest for photography / image creation is a huge + :)
