As an experienced Netsuite Consultant, you will:
Lead the way in driving successful end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, from gathering requirements to configuring, customizing, testing, and training
Collaborate closely with our clients, delving deep into their business processes to identify opportunities for optimizing NetSuite functionality and recommending best practices
Ignite the spark of understanding by conducting engaging workshops and training sessions that empower clients to fully embrace and leverage the powerful features of NetSuite
Craft technical documentation that shines, including detailed functional specifications, captivating process flow diagrams, and user-friendly guides
Be the trusted troubleshooter, providing unwavering support to clients, swiftly resolving any system issues or performance concerns that come your way
Stay at the forefront of NetSuite innovation, eagerly exploring the latest features and industry trends

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, Information Systems,…
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing NetSuite solutions
Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including but not limited to Financial Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, and CRM
Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customizations and workflows
Experience with integrations and data migration using SuiteTalk, SuiteCloud, or other relevant tools
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable
Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Here are the steps of our hiring process:
Step 1, HR talk: 1 hour digital conversation with our HR team in order to get you to know more about Novutech culture and review your background, motivation and expectations. An online personality test will be sent to you
Step 2, content talk: 1 hour conversation with one of your peer/ country manager-to-be in order to answer your questions and give you more insight about the role, the challenges. An Excel/ technical test will be sent to you
Step 3, final talk : a 1 hour conversation with Novutech cofounders. You will have the opportunity to do a case study and have a last Q&A session with Max & Fred
