ABOUT THE ROLE

Purpose of the role:

• Collaborate and assist with internal team members to help clients on aligning their business processes & needs with NetSuite’s capabilities for optimal efficiency

• Configure NetSuite settings to meet specific customer needs (with the support of experencied and technical colleagues)

• Maintain and document work on processes, configuration or customization, for internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to internal improvements thanks to your ideas and your entrepreneurial spirit

Management of resources:

• Not directly responsible for managing budgets or teams but may oversee specific small NetSuite-related projects

Decision making:

• Authority to propose changes and improvements to NetSuite configurations and processes, subject to internal discussions with internal team members and/or customers

Internal work relations:

• Project managers, business and technical consultants to align system capabilities with business requirements

External work relations:

• Primary external point of contact for clients

Processes/ systems/ tools used:

• NetSuite, Google Suite, JIRA/Confluence, Office Suite , Process mapping / Project Management/ Communication tools

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, Information Systems,…
