You will join the customer captive team
Together with your team you have the full responsibility for application support within our portfolio. We have long-term agreements with our customers, which gives you the opportunity to know the systems over a longer period of time based on a deep understanding of the customers business needs.
Your responsibilities as Application Support
As our new Application Support, you feel comfortable with application support on L1 and L2 level and you will use your technological and service minded skills in order to provide the customers with professional solutions.

We work in global project teams with colleagues from Denmark, the Czech Republic and the Philippines, so intercultural work experience is an advantage in order to proactively handle the intercultural differences and further develop the team.
Your qualifications and experience
You communicate with our international colleagues as well as our Danish customers. Therefore, it is important that you have good English skills in both speech and writing.
