Being a fully integrated member of the investment team, you will accompany the team in all aspects of their operational duties: initial investment, refinancing, disposals, as well as in the ongoing monitoring of existing investments.

Your responsibilities will cover strategic assignments such as:
• financial analysis of companies (valuation, business plan…),
• strategic analysis of companies (competitor analysis, market developments…)

as well as operational assignments such as:
• preparation of investment files,
• financial modelling of operations,
• monitoring of investments (sector watch, external growth operations, etc.).

In addition to improving your financial skills, this internship is also an opportunity to gain insight into the different value-levers that enable the creation and development of businesses (diversity and evolution of business models, strategic vision, operational implementation, etc.).

As a student with an excellent academic track record you will ideally have had initial work experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction services, or private equity,
• you are currently pursuing your master’s degree (or equivalent),
• you are familiar with the basics of financial analysis,
• you are particularly interested in the investment process and in the development of companies,
• you want to work in a team within a multidisciplinary framework (finance, strategy and law),
• you are fluent in German and business English
• you have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
