Location: Paris (Near St Lazare) - Flexible Hybrid
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 gross per year (depending on profile and experience) Reporting to: Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Your mission is to deliver the best possible employee experience within the Microsoft 365 universe. You will take ownership of the Jint for SharePoint squad, the team responsible for the core of our product.
This is not just a maintenance role. You will drive a strategic roadmap that balances two critical objectives:
Revitalizing our foundational Web Parts, transforming them from a “Standard” offering to a “Best in Class” suite that is powerful, modern, and a joy to use.
Building innovative, cross-platform features that push the boundaries of what’s possible in a Digital Workplace, touching on everything from AI-powered content creation to advanced analytics and campaign management.
You will be at the center of our “Superpower”—our deep integration with Microsoft—to build a simple, beautiful, and “fun” experience on top of SharePoint that our customers love.
Build on a Strong Foundation: You’re not starting from zero. You will inherit a core product with a massive user base and a clear strategic mandate to innovate. Your impact will be felt immediately by thousands of users.
Master the Microsoft Ecosystem: We are experts in SharePoint, and you will be too. You’ll go deep into the world’s largest B2B ecosystem, finding creative ways to extend its power and solve challenges that native tools don’t.
Drive True Innovation: You’ll have the green light to explore and implement high-value, SaaS-like features. Think beyond components and envision entire capabilities like communication campaigns, intelligent content recommendations, and AI-powered analytics.
Growth & Coaching: You will benefit from the direct coaching of an experienced CPO to accelerate your growth in Product Management, while taking full ownership of a mission-critical squad.
Own and execute the product roadmap for key capabilities within our Communications and Knowledge pillars, from foundational Web Parts to new strategic features.
Lead continuous product discovery to deeply understand our users (Comms leaders, IT, and employees), our market, and the evolving Microsoft 365 landscape.
Infuse AI capabilities into the user experience, from AI-assisted content creation and translation to intelligent search and content recommendations.
Collaborate closely with engineering to define elegant solutions, manage technical priorities, and ensure a balance between feature development and architectural improvements.
Translate your strategy into clear specifications (PRDs, User Stories) that empower your design and engineering counterparts to build exceptional products.
Champion your roadmap internally, effectively communicating the ‘why’ behind your priorities to stakeholders across the company, including leadership, sales, and customer success.
Define and analyze success metrics to ensure your squad is delivering features that create measurable value for our customers and our business.
🧠 Who Are You?
We are looking for a versatile talent, passionate about AI and Product, with a strong desire to learn and build.
Technical/Scientific Background: You ideally have a higher education degree (Master’s level, Engineering School) in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics). We value analytical skills and technical understanding for this specific role.
Relevant Experience: You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant role:
Either in Product Management for technical or ideally AI/Data/SaaS products.
Or in a technical role (Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Tech/Data Consultant) with a strong demonstrated product aptitude and a clear desire to move into a PM role.
Solid AI/Data Science Knowledge: You have a practical and in-depth understanding of key concepts: LLMs, RAG, NLP, model evaluation, data pipelines. You are capable of reading research papers, understanding open-source code, and discussing technical trade-offs.
PM Skills (or Potential): You have a good understanding (or a strong ability to quickly learn) the fundamentals of Product Management: discovery, specifications, prioritization, analysis.
Collaborator & Communicator: You know how to work effectively with engineers, explain technical concepts, and champion a product vision. Professional English is essential; French is a plus.
Curious & Proactive: You are autonomous, enjoy solving complex problems, and are constantly keeping up with developments in AI.
“Doer”: You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to move the product from 0.5 to 1.
We are open to less “traditional” profiles if you demonstrate key technical skills, strong motivation, and excellent potential!
We are excited by two distinct profiles and believe a great PM can come from different backgrounds.
The Product Manager
You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
You have a strong UX sensibility and a passion for turning complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
You possess a natural technical curiosity that drives you to understand how things work under the hood.
The Consultant / Strategist
You have 5+ years of experience in a role requiring deep analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., digital transformation consulting, IT strategy, business analysis).
You have a demonstrated passion for technology and product, and can clearly articulate your desire to transition into a hands-on, building-focused PM role.
Key Skills:
Passion for the Microsoft Ecosystem: You must have a genuine will and ability to rapidly become a deep expert in SharePoint and the broader M365 platform. Prior experience with intranets or the SharePoint ecosystem is a significant bonus.
Collaborator & Communicator: You know how to work effectively with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams. Your written and verbal communication is clear and concise. Professional English is required.
Pragmatic & Results-Oriented: You have a bias for action and are skilled at unblocking your team to move forward and deliver results.
Strategic Thinker: You can see the bigger picture, understand market dynamics, and connect your team’s work to the company’s strategic goals.
Compensation: Fixed salary between €60k and €70k gross per year, based on your profile and experience.
Impactful Role: A unique opportunity to own a strategic product area with a high degree of autonomy.
Growth & Development: Coaching from an experienced CPO in a fast-learning environment.
Strong Company Culture: Join a transparent, committed, and supportive team.

Product & Strategy Case Study (Prep + Debrief): A practical exercise to assess your strategic thinking and prioritization skills, based on a real-world problem related to our product portfolio.
CEO Interview
Meet the Engineering Team (60 min): A conversation with the engineers from the Mozzaik squad to discuss collaboration, technical approach, and mutual fit.
Cultural Fit & Final Discussion (30-45 min): A final chat to ensure strong cultural alignment.
