Your mission

As a Product Leader, you will shape the next generation of CAST solutions at the intersection of Software Intelligence and Generative AI.

You will drive our expansion in the GenAI space, leveraging our established platforms—CAST Highlight and CAST Imaging—to create innovative products that make AI more effective for software engineering.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered products grounded in factual insights extracted from source code analysis, enabling more precise recommendations for reducing technical debt, modernizing applications, and accelerating cloud migration.

• Work at the crossroads of Software Intelligence and Generative AI, two fields with major synergy and growth potential.

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI initiatives across CAST’s product ecosystem.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment between technical innovation and customer value.

• Stay ahead of market trends in GenAI and LLM applications to continuously evolve our strategy and offerings.

We’re looking for a visionary yet hands-on Product Leader, passionate about AI and software innovation, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Core Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within the software or AI industry.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs and their enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with software engineering concepts, such as architecture analysis, modernization, or cloud migration.

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and user-centric features.

• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Background in Software Intelligence, DevOps, or Data Engineering.

• Experience working with CAST Highlight, CAST Imaging, or similar code analysis tools.

• Understanding of how to operationalize GenAI within enterprise contexts (e.g., RAG, copilots, prompt engineering).
