Shanshan’s journey, Console Team Lead
Shanshan joined CAST in 2016 as a senior backend engineer on CAST Imaging, working to develop a complete automation process from code to consumption. In 2018, he became the Team Lead of the Console team to evolve the software towards a SaaS architecture. He currently leads a multicultural team of over twenty people across India and France, managing cross-functional topics in collaboration with Product Managers, support, and clients.

Team rituals and events
At CAST, our CSE plays an active role in fostering a friendly atmosphere within the team: food trucks, barbecues, and game tournaments are regularly organized. We’re lucky to have a beautiful garden, and whenever the weather allows, we make the most of it to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. These gatherings strengthen team cohesion, encourage informal exchanges, and reinforce our team spirit in a warm and welcoming setting.
