The position

Job description

The mission of the partnership team is to forge partnerships that drive growth, create a global impact, and deliver excellence in every project. Join us and become an integral part of a dynamic team that’s at the core of Mozzaik365’s success, generating a third of the company’s revenue.

We’re seeking a Partnership Manager to strengthen our team and propel our expansion. In close collaboration with our Head of Partnership, you will develop and maintain crucial relationships with partners who integrate and resell our solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain the Partner Network

  • Manage relationships with our partners (new and existing) to ensure revenue growth and network loyalty.

Manage Your Territory

  • Be responsible for the revenue generated by a portfolio of partners in a defined area (France and internationally). Create and manage your business plan.

Identify, Prospect, and Pitch

  • Identify and prospect high-potential partners in your territory

  • Present Mozzaik365 convincingly and conduct impactful product demonstrations to potential partners with enthusiasm and expertise.

Support Partners

  • Guide partners through the integration and training process, providing constant and personalized support.

  • Listen to partners, gather constructive feedback, and propose continuous improvements to optimize our collaboration.

Participate in Events

  • Represent Mozzaik365 at events to spread knowledge of our offerings and establish contacts with potential partners and customers.

Preferred experience

The Ideal Profile

  • Holder of a Master’s degree from a university or business school.

  • Several years of experience, ideally in a business function (sales, partnerships, account management, or CSM).

  • Strong drive to achieve and exceed set objectives.

  • Excellent listening, communication, and persuasion abilities. Strong capacity to establish and maintain high-quality professional relationships.

  • Excellent written and oral skills in French and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Organized, dynamic, and meticulous, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
