We are creating our new sales team at Mozza composed of David our Chief Revenue Officer, 2 new Account Executives and 2 new Customer Success Manager.
You will be responsible of helping Mozza’s members achieve the best possible work on each project.
The main challenges are :
On average, the members of our community have 8 years of experience and are among the best in their industry. It is key for Mozza to offer them a rare and personnalized experience so they can focus on their main expertise without the constraints of a lonely freelance.
In less than 1.5 years, our customer success will have the opportunity to take on a role of Key Account Manager or Account Executive to take care of our most prestigious clients.
