Help us to own our growth! As a Sales Executive, your mission will be to develop our partnership companies portfolio in each segment (SMBs).
You will work directly in one of the 2 Sales squads, managed by a Team Lead with experience on field, Sean, and join a team of 10 people.
As a member of the Sales Team, you will have a large scope of missions,
Daily you will:
- Be in charge of delivering consistent and predictable revenue growth from new companies in your portfolio
- Be owner of the full sales cycle, and its improvement, from lead to close. You identify your prospects, you reach them (by phone, email...), and you qualify them.
- Generate your own pipeline by chasing for leads, working network, sourcing referrals, attending shows, and maintaining relationships with lost opportunities.
- Evangelize moka.care in the community and network, serving as a brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie, Customer Care, Operations, Marketing, Product …) in order to deliver a delightful experience to our customers and users.
Last but not least:
- Learning and always improving is part of our DNA so you will have access to a lot of resources to improve as a Sales but also regarding Mental Health
- Your job will be impactful. Each time you sign a company, you give access to a service that could mentally secure hundreds of people.
