Modjo's vision is to become a category leader in business team productivity tools. Our ambition is to help businesses accelerate their human and commercial growth through a productivity platform based on customer interaction analysis. With Modjo, we help our clients in:

- Increasing the revenue of their sales & customer success teams by using our onboarding, coaching, and call review modules.

- Getting data into their CRM effortlessly.

- Enabling their teams to work better together.

Launched in 2019, we are a team of 65 people, assisting over 200 clients such as BackMarket, Doctolib, Swile, and Bouygues Telecom in France and abroad. From the beginning of our journey, we have been supported by prominent business angels: Michael Benabou, co-founder of Veepee; Rodolphe Ardant, founder and CEO of Spendesk; Steve Abou Rjeily, co-founder of Doctolib; Thibaud Hug de Larauze, founder and CEO of BackMarket, as well as Aglaé (VC). Two years later, we announced our €7 million Series A funding round with Daphni (VC) to invest heavily in our product and provide exceptional service in the CRM industry.-

Your context and mission

Modjo is growing fast, with a client portfolio that is evolving over time in volume, in client types (startups, scale-ups, enterprise) and geographies. We need a strong team to support this growth for the long run and to continue delivering the best-in-class experience to our costumers.

You will evolve in a team of 7 people dedicated to offer the best-in-class experience to our customers, including your future manager. You will manage a portfolio composed of 25 Mid and Large clients.

Your objective will be to master our secret sauce in order to ensure a high level of satisfaction among your portfolio and to identify upsell opportunities.

In this context, you’ll have to coordinate different missions :

  • Implementation : Build a strong implementation plan with our customer’s project owner in order to ramp up his employees quickly and efficiently. Our goal : ensure that they understand the value we deliver, have the best practices and become addicted to Modjo!
  • Adoption - run : Following our high touch strategy, you will have to build and foster strong relationships with different stakeholder of the company. You’ll also have to adapt our project following customer pains and needs in order to drive positive results of our partnership.
  • Growth and retention : You’ll be in charge of the growth of your portfolio, it means :
  • Identify upsell opportunities and lead them until the closing
  • Ensure contract negotiation and make sure our customer stay with us
  • Product : Work cross-functionally between the product, technical, onboarding and support teams to improve the product
  • Here are some required skills to be great at this job:

  • Full professional proficiency in English and in French
  • Relevant experience in contact with C-level
  • 2 years of experience as : Account Manager/CSM, AE/Sales or Project Manager
  • Structured : you are rigorous, you know how to follow a process and make it evolve.
  • Bonus skills & experiences:

  • Good knowledge of Sales / SAAS environment
  • Speaking Spanish or German is a ++
