You are joining a >20 people Product Engineering team.

We are seeking a Security Agent builder to whom we can teach how to build autonomous agents for SecOps, ITOps, and other expert domains.

We are the leading enterprise agentic AI platform in Europe, with core expertise in cybersecurity and IT automation. We do not build only Agentic Workflows, we build (real) Autonomous Agents. Our core engine links LLMs with dynamic toolchains through 150,000 different operations (across 4,000+ integrations), letting each agent call several APIs dynamically and decide its own next steps.

You will focus on logic first, SecOps second, and other Ops third. We care about curiosity, a hacker spirit with Product Sense, and a drive to craft systems.

You will work with our current AI Agent builders, Data Scientists (PhD), Product team, and Customer Success team.

Key missions you could do:

• Design and fine-tune autonomous security agents, from detection to remediation, orchestrating SIEMs, EDRs, and all essential enterprise security tools.

• Promote these agents by co-creating marketing assets such as webinars, blog posts, and demos.

• Assist the Customer Success team to implement and deploy AI agents for our clients (SecOps, ITOps, CloudOps, LLMOps).

• Design and fine-tune autonomous agents for Mindflow’s internal operations, helping sales, marketing, product, and other teams to scale.

Must have:

• Ongoing master’s degree or final-year engineering course, with personal or school projects that show drive.

• Solid grasp of SecOps concepts and tools such as SIEM, EDR, CTI, MITRE ATT&CK, and detection engineering.

• Experience with automation platforms

• Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, and agent frameworks.

Nice to have:

• Engineer or Product background

• Side projects that show a builder mindset.

• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and basic scripting.

• Activity on social networks and platforms, including sharing market news on AI, introducing new tools, and presenting new concepts to your community.
