The position

Job description

You will join a 50 people fast growing company present in Paris (France), Berlin (Germany) and Alexandria (US).

You’ll be part of the Support Team covering all Finance and HR topics across Metroscope.
As the Office Manager & HR Assistant, you’ll own all office related topics and will contribute to HR ones.

Missions

Your responsibilities will be divided into 2 main parts:

Office management

  • Be the point of contact for our landlord and all our external office partners and suppliers (cleaning company, technician, deliverymen)…

  • Everyday supplies management (purchase, inventory…)

  • Own team life events logistics (breakfasts, team buildings, seminars, internal and external events)

  • Organise new onboarding employees sessions

  • Ensure office management policies are understood and applied

  • Monitor our carbon footprint policy

HR Assistant

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective (contractualisation; trial periods…)

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding related activities

  • Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers

  • Execute and document HR Policies

  • Liaise with our accounting partners to handle payroll duties


Preferred experience

  • A first significant experience in office management (2-3 years).

  • Strong interest in HR topics is a must, a first experience working on HR missions is appreciated but not mandatory.

  • Rigor and self-organisation.

  • Sense of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Good balance between people skills, empathy and assertiveness.

  • Great writing skills.

  • Fluent spoken and written French and English (we have non-French speaking employees)


Recruitment process

  • Stage 1 - 📞 Call with Ylane Noelle (Recruiter) - 20min: high level discussion to get to know you, check mandatory requirements for the role, answer your questions.

  • Stage 2: Interview with Anne-Sophie Marquet (CFO) - 45 min: discussion with your future Manager to dig deeper into your work experiences and into the role.

  • Stage 3: 👨‍💻Technical interview with Edwige Cerisier (RH) and Damien Hié-Coloby (Head of Talent) - 1h: to assess your skills for the role.

  • Stage 4: 📸 Final call with Aurélien Schwartz (CEO) - 30 min: short call with an important stakeholder.

    All interviews don’t have to take place at the office but given the nature of the role, we expect you to come at least once in the process at our main office (Paris Saint Lazare)

    To smoothen and speed up the process, we might group stages.
