At Metroscope, we’ve built solid HR foundations, and are now looking for an experienced People Lead to take over and elevate our people processes while continuing to support our team with care and clarity.
As People Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and continuously improving our People strategy and operations. Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with our People Ops Specialist, our Office Manager, and the broader Support & Finance team. This is a standalone lead role, with no direct reports at the start, but with strategic exposure and operational impact.
🧱 Drive and improve core People processes:
Lead and improve HR programs: bi-annual reviews, career paths, performance calibration, compensation cycle, etc.
Own and scale our internal People policies and frameworks in line with Metroscope’s culture and ambitions.
Partner with managers to identify growth and training opportunities across teams.
👥 Act as HR Partner to Managers:
Provide support and guidance to managers on all People-related topics (development, feedback, performance management, etc.).
Coach and challenge them when needed to ensure fair and consistent practices across the company.
Support cultural alignment and managerial upskilling.
📎 Ensure solid HR operations:
Oversee employment lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, legal compliance, offboarding, etc.) in collaboration with our People Ops Specialist.
Guarantee a smooth payroll and personnel admin workflow, supported by our tools and partners.
Monitor legal and regulatory HR compliance.
🧠 Handle complex people situations:
Take the lead (or co-lead) on sensitive cases: underperformance, health & wellbeing, interpersonal conflicts, etc.
Act as a trusted advisor on posture and resolution strategies.
📊 People Analytics & reporting:
Produce and track People KPIs and ad hoc reports.

You have 5–8 years of experience in a generalist HR/People role (People Lead, HRBP, HR Manager…) focused on driving People development initiatives / programs.
You have a solid understanding of People Operations (admin, payroll, employment law, etc.).
You speak English and French fluently
You’re familiar with various types of organizations and team structures (ideally tech / industry ones).
You have a strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You are a collaborative person:
You know how to work alongside Finance and Admin teams.
You love to share and educate managers / employees to HR topics
Nice to have:
Experience in talent acquisition is a plus, but not mandatory
Managerial experience is appreciated, but not required for the initial scope.
Stage 1 - 📞 Screening Call - 30min: high level discussion to get to know you, check mandatory requirements for the role, answer your questions.
Stage 2: 👨💻 Role technical interview 1h-1h30: to assess your skills for the role, we’ll deep dive into past experiences, and ask some situational / behavioral based questions.
Stage 3: 📸 Stakeholders interviews: 2x 30-40 min with stakeholders you would interact with frequently

All interviews don’t have to take place at the office (Paris Saint Lazare) but we expect you to come there at least once during the process.
