MISSIONS :

Part of the Product team, you will play a major role on:

Build an outstanding product:

• Collaboration with the Product and Tech team to follow a project from its conception to its implementation
• Design final mock-ups and high definition prototypes, design effective and enjoyable user experiences
• Take part in QA at the end of the delivery process
• Conceive et create some product tour with our dedicated third party tool

Understand our customers and how they use our product :

• Alongside the Product Manager, conduct user tests and field observations
• Carry out “user research” studies to understand the problems encountered by our users
• Analyze data to improve deliverables and make decisions
• Facilitate design workshops and design thinking
• Carry out audits on existing paths and benchmarks
• Help identify room for improvement in existing features deployed

Help to drive the design strategy

• Participate in the evangelization of UX in the company
• Know the latest UX/UI trends and new design methods
• Help to conceive the design guideline of the app
• Build with the frontend guild the Mention Design System

• 2 years minimum of experience on a SaaS platform or a B2B product
• Good level of English required
• Good knowledge of UX processes (wireframing, prototyping, user research & testing, interaction design, etc.) and SaaS issues and guidelines
• Used to work in a design team.
• Mastery of Figma.
• Special attention to details and quality, rigor expected
