Control of compliance with legal regulations and internal regulations of the McDonald's group and legal support of all company activities

Key responsibilities:

• Revision and creation of contracts/contract templates for all company departments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Control and creation of internal regulations and other internal documents
• Control and creation of internal processes
• Control of marketing and PR materials in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Personal data protection agenda incl. the role of the data protection officer in the Czech Republic
• Managing the compliance agenda
• Implementation of corporate changes
• Legal support in handling customer and employee complaints
• Legal support when communicating with the authorities incl. support of licensing partners for problems in this area
• Control in the field of competition law (relationship with franchisees)
• Informing about new legislation
• Conducting training on the above-mentioned points
• Legal support of the charity
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Czech Republic is mandatory, knowledge of Slovakian legislation is desirable

Key requirements:

Functional skills

• Education: Law and jurisprudence
• Proven 3 years of experience as a Legal counsel
• Excellent command of English – Upper – Intermediate + level allowing to present, prepare written statements and documents
• Driving license
