In a context of hyper growth, we are looking for a Head of International to duplicate and adapt our business model in another country in Europe.

As a Head of International, you will be in charge of studying various markets, evaluate product adaptation costs and build a playbook for Matera to grow in Europe.

Your missions will be :

• Structure the approach of the market and implement it to drive growth
• Validation of the value proposition and adapt it to the market needs
• Determine the sales strategy to develop the portfolio of customers
• Run market and user research to continuously improve your knowledge of the market
• Facilitate internal coordination with all functions

Then, you will be responsible for the development of the local entity by recruiting, leading and training a local team.

This position will be based in Paris in the first place.

• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and experience in International development
• In an international context, you are perfectly fluent in English (French is a plus)
• An experience on a Saas is strongly appreciated
• Pragmatic approach, results focused, intellectually curious
• Strong relationship building skills, excellent communications skills both verbally and written
• Perfect structuration and strategic comprehension skills
