The position

Job description

After raising 35M€, Matera is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to lead its digital marketing channels for the German market! You’ll collaborate closely with our VP Growth and General Manager Germany to help Matera become the German leader in property management.

Matera being at the crossroad between B2C and B2B, you’ll have the occasion to execute and ramp up over a wide variety of marketing channels and processes, and you will have many ways to have a high impact throughout the company.

The position is full time based in Paris or Berlin (+ hybrid Homeoffice) .

Objectives:

  • Help Matera reach its lead generation objectives

  • Launch and manage our performance marketing channels

  • Monitor and gradually improve the efficiency of our marketing operations

  • Collaborate closely with the German MD to craft the overall German marketing strategy

Missions:

  • You build new campaigns and channels on our existing set-up, setting the course for the long-term success of our marketing activities in Germany

  • You will work closely together with our General Manager in Germany to craft our overall German marketing strategy

  • You will help Matera reach its lead generation objectives by owning our current performance marketing channels and assets:

    • SEA

    • SEO (content for our blog and articles)

    • Website Funnels

    • Referrals

    • CRM (newsletter building and nurturing)

  • Monitor and gradually improve the efficiency of our marketing operations

  • Collaborate with the sales teams to improve value generation across the funnel


Preferred experience

  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing or growth role, particular expertise in SEO is a strong plus

  • You have experience in a fast paced environment, ideally startup or scale-up

  • You are analytical and can tackle problems in a rigorous and structured way

  • You have proven excellent project management skills

  • You have a doer and hands-on mentality and like seeing the outcome of your actions

  • You have deep understanding of B2C target groups and their demands

  • You speak German on a native level and you are fluent in English
