BACKGROUND

ManoMano is looking for a Sales Development Intern to be the owner of SDR process and accelerate the business development in the new Worldwide Sellers’ Partnership team.

Based in Paris, the objective of the team is to accelerate ManoMano’s growth by identifying, recruiting and onboarding Chinese sellers to become successful in all our European markets.

As a Worldwide SDR, you will take full responsibility and ownership of identifying and qualifying potential leads and assist business developers to convert high potential sellers. Dealing on a daily basis with ecommerce savvy executives, you’ll find the best place to be to use your creativity and persistence, and be on the first line of accelerating Chinese sellers’ growth on one of the most successful European E-commerce platform.


MISSIONS

SDR Process Building:

  • Collaborate with our growth team to analyze and qualify the existing lead pipeline.

  • Identify optimal channels containing key information for lead qualification.

  • Enrich identified leads with contact and profile qualification information.

  • Conduct initial contact with potential prospects to improve lead targeting accuracy.

  • Think outside the box to continuously improve the lead generation process and pitching tools.

  • Analyze lead generation activities and report to the Business Development lead on a weekly basis.

Daily Sellers Operation Management:

  • Represent ManoMano with existing Chinese sellers and maintain scalable relationships, focusing on longtail sellers.

  • Respond to sellers' specific needs, including daily maintenance via ticket resolution.

  • Support the AM team in tracking and following up on promotional campaigns to ensure successful execution.

  • Assist sellers in understanding and complying with local market regulations.

  • Provide guidance and resources to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.


PROFILE

  • Fluent in English and Chinese both written and spoken

  • 12+ months of previous experience in E-commerce, sales, account management, purchasing, marketing/merchandising

  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities

  • Strong interest for the ecommerce and the retail industry

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business leaders

  • Knowledge of Excel

  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
