Job location : Paris (2 days of remote possible)

MISSIONS

  • Daily bookkeeping of general accounting operations being in charge or supporting the team in: 
  • Entering transactions, analyzing, tallying and lettering accounts
  • Monitoring of cash flow and preparation of bank reconciliations 
  • Participation in monthly and annual closings, cost analysis via analytical accounting
  • Preparation of tax returns (VAT, CVAE, IS, etc.)
  • Project management and tools: active role in the automation and improvement of accounting and monthly closing processes

    • PROFILE

  • Preparation of a degree in general accounting (Bac +3/4, License or DCG)
  • A previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in a company in general accounting would be ideal
  • A good knowledge of Excel /Gsheet (advanced functions and formulas)
  • Autonomy and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of an ERP system and in particular Netsuite is a BIG plus!
  • Good level of english
