Team set up: The team (developers, product) is based in Paris. Remote work is possible (2 days per week in the office at least)
Missions: You will be the Associate Product Manager in a big feature team (6 developers) working on ManoMano Sustainability & Advice initiatives , along with the Lead Product Manager.
The feature team is in charge of leading sustainability initiatives : such as highlighting our green offer to our customers, implementing transparency with a Carbon Product Score and Advice initiatives: such as better informing our customer thanks to an expert chat feature.
You will have 2 main missions, part of every product’s manager’s daily life, delivery & discovery.
Delivery missions:
Manage the backlog on a specific feature
Manage interaction with developers on this feature
Attend the agile ceremonies with the developers and centralize communication about the feature
Discovery missions:
Manage the discovery from problem to feature specification
Put in place continuous delivery habits for the feature team (share hotjar sessions, verbatims, surveys)
Work and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders (Developers, Designer, User researcher)* Rigor and organizational skills
Resourceful and able to work autonomously -doer mindset
Curiosity to discover the Tech environment of a scale up,
English speaking is mandatory
Ideally you have had at least one work experience before, in project management, development or related area (not necessarily product management)
