The agile team is structured around three roles : 

- scrum master 

- agile delivery leader

- agile coach

The Agile Delivery Leader serves as a leader as part of the Agile team to deliver high value products towards our customers that contribute to the success of ManoMano initiatives.

The ADL is a true leader at ManoMano that is part of two main groups: 

- the Agile team where he/she participates to lead and improve the MACS framework, develop his/her skill set by sharing and learning from the others, mentor more junior agilist, ...

- and the Train Quartet (Business Owner, Head of Product, Head of Engineering) on which he/she is accountable together about the global train effectiveness and value flow.

Main Challenges

  • <As an Agile Delivery Leader you will >:
  • Be accountable to the team of teams (called Train at ManoMano) coordination and co-responsible with Engineering and Product of the value delivery.
  • Facilitate the team of teams Program events and processes, and coach the teams and individuals in delivering value
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value, through the different teams, using appropriate tools and ways of working from the Agile ManoMano Framework (MACS)
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risks, drive relentless improvement and enhance collaboration.
  • Be a role model of the Agile team to make the Agile ManoMano framework (MACS) evolving and keep fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, self-organization, customer centricity, operational excellence and measurement.
  • Ways of working

  • Exhibit a servant leader mindset and coach the team of teams in emerging ways of working and practices
  • Be the Guardian of the process and tools of ManoMano Framework
  • Guide the team of teams in self-organization, encourages and motivates the team of teams to focus on outcomes oriented iteration goals.
  • Facilitate the ManoMano MACS events (multi-team refinement, quarter planning, global demo, global sprint planning, etc.)  
  • Help manage risks and dependencies and escalate issues
  • Foster team transparency by escalating impediments and provides regular and open communication across the gear and with stakeholders
  • Help to create self-governing structures that empower teams to make decisions to optimise development through iteration
  • Act as the primary coach of the team of teams and its stakeholders
  • Value Delivery

  • Involve in Cross Team Planning readiness aligning the vision and roadmap
  • Help ensure strategy and execution alignment around business value 
  • Ensure Dependency and Stakeholder management tracking upstream / downstream dependencies all along value delivery flow
  • Be actively engaged in collective action items, identifying issues and risks.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with external scaling agile  best practices (SAFe, LeSS, …)
  • Drive quicker delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback loop (animation of workshop, data-based feedback, …)
  • Assist tracking the flow of delivery with the appropriate metrics to identify areas of opportunity (Lean, Kanban,…)
  • Optimize ways of working practices and team of teams organisation relying on system thinking approach
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Several experiences in Software development context company in an agile role
  • 2+ years working in an Agile@scale responsibility role
  • Master main agile@scale framework such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus etc.
  • Deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and is able to help teams develop trust and safety
  • Soul of an inspirational, lifelong learner and creative leader able to work in a fast-chang environment
  • At ease with feedback and speak up culture
  • Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization from teams to executives
  • Strong team player able to work in a team of around 20 agile folks and with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
  • Data Driven in decision making
  • Fluent in English (at least C1)
