Le rôle de l'équipe Opérations est de créer une expérience client et vendeur exceptionnelle et différenciée, adaptée à l'industrie du DIY. Cela est rendu possible grâce à l'excellence opérationnelle et à l'évolutivité, ainsi qu'à la capacité d'innover et de se démarquer dans l'industrie. Le département Opérations est constitué de 4 équipes distinctes: Customer Service & Seller Support, Seller Quality, Delivery & Fulfillment et B2B.

Growth & Marketing

The Growth and Marketing teams are here to support ManoMano business volume growth by attracting qualified B2C and B2B visitors and profitability targets by having them become repeat customers. Their mission is to enhance our communication resonance to support the business by shifting perceptions, both outside and within our ecosystem.

The mission of the People team is to carry the human vision (alongside the business vision) for the whole company through collaborative, fulfilled and committed communities & individuals. Our objectives:

L'équipe Finance a pour mission d'être le gardien des actifs de ManoMano. Ils sont un partenaire pour permettre et accélérer les projets d'entreprise tout en restant focalisés par l'automatisation et l'amélioration continue.

La mission de l'équipe juridique est de protéger les actifs de ManoMano, tout en s'associant avec l'entreprise pour permettre et accélérer les projets :

  • Accompagner les équipes métiers avec un délai raisonnable sur les problématiques et points bloquants rencontrés.

  • Assurer une protection et une défense efficaces de nos actifs immatériels
