The role of the Operations team is to create an exceptional and differentiated customer and seller experience, tailored to the DIY industry. This is made possible through operational excellence and scalability, as well as the ability to innovate and stand out in the industry. The Operations department consists of five distinct teams: customer service, seller support, delivery and fulfillment, PMO, and payment.
Marketing
The Marketing teams are here to support ManoMano's growth by attracting qualified B2C and B2B visitors and by engaging them to become frequent customers. Their mission is to work all along the customer journey to create a desirable and innovative brand experience.

The sales team’s mission is to manage relationships with our sellers by providing personalized support and fostering collaborations.
They focus on developing sales for these sellers by offering tailored solutions to maximize their performance on the platform. Additionally, the team is responsible for acquiring new sellers, thereby expanding our ecosystem.
To support this growth, they also offer services such as Sponsored Ads and Mano Fulfillment to enhance the visibility and efficiency of our partners' operations.
Presentation
Founded in France in 2013, ManoMano is the leading online marketplace for DIY, home, and gardening products. Co-founded by Christian Raisson and Philippe de Chanville, ManoMano, bringing together more than 5,000 merchants, offers the largest online offering of DIY and gardening products, with over 11 million items. ManoMano currently employs 500 people and operates in six markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom).
In 2019, ManoMano launched ManoManoPro, a unique platform designed to make life easier for construction professionals. In a market that is still largely undigitalized and with significant potential in Europe, ManoManoPro aims to revolutionize the purchasing process for professionals. It is now launched in our six European countries.
